Last updated: 2026

This Public Offer Agreement (the "Offer" or "Agreement") is an official offer by Commonwire, Inc. ("Commonwire", "we", "us", "the Provider") to any legal entity or individual ("the Client", "you") to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes acceptance of all its terms without exception.

1. General provisions

1.1. In accordance with this Offer, the Provider provides information and technology services related to the commonwire.ai website and the Commonwire early access program (the "Services"), and the Client accepts and pays for them, where applicable, on the terms of this Offer.

1.2. This Offer is public. The Provider may amend the Offer at any time; the current version is always available at commonwire.ai. Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later date is stated.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

2.1. Acceptance of the Offer is the Client's performance of the actions specified in it, including: using the commonwire.ai website and/or submitting an early access application through the forms on the website.

2.2. By accepting the Offer, the Client confirms that they have read and agree with its terms, as well as with the Privacy Policy available at commonwire.ai/privacy.

2.3. Acceptance of the Offer means that the Client has entered into the agreement on the terms of the Offer without signing a separate document.

3. Terms and definitions

3.1. "Website" — the website at commonwire.ai, owned and operated by the Provider.

3.2. "Early access program" — the Provider's program under which selected Clients receive access to the Commonwire services before general availability, on the terms agreed with the Provider in writing.

3.3. "Application" — the form on the Website through which the Client submits their details for participation in the early access program.

4. Subject of the agreement

4.1. The Provider grants the Client access to the Website and, where the Client is selected, to the early access program, in order to make the Client's products visible to and recommended by AI assistants.

4.2. The Provider does not guarantee any particular outcome, including recommendations of the Client's products by any AI assistant, placement positions, or traffic volumes.

4.3. Commercial terms (scope of services, fees, payment procedure) for each Client are agreed in a separate written agreement concluded with the Provider. During the early access program the Services may be provided free of charge; this does not oblige the Provider to continue providing them free of charge.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The Client undertakes to provide true and complete information in the Application and not to submit false, misleading or unlawful information.

5.2. The Client undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the Website, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to use the Website for unlawful purposes.

5.3. The Provider undertakes to use the Client's information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and not to disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

5.4. The Provider may decline an Application or terminate a Client's participation in the early access program at any time at its sole discretion, with notice by email.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All content, software, trademarks and materials of the Website are owned by or licensed to Commonwire, Inc. and may not be copied, modified or distributed without the Provider's prior written consent.

7. Liability

7.1. The Website and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commonwire, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising in connection with the use of the Website or the Services.

7.3. Neither party is liable for full or partial failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Personal data

8.1. By accepting the Offer, the Client consents to the processing of the information submitted in the Application in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Term and termination

9.1. The agreement comes into force upon acceptance of the Offer and remains in force until terminated by either party.

9.2. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by written notice to the other party's email address. Sections 6 and 7 survive termination.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution
